Eyreton Pony Club is dedicated to fostering a love for equestrian sports and pony club by promoting horse welfare, the development of young riders through education, training, and community engagement.

We strive to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where members can build skills, confidence, and sportsmanship while enjoying their time with their ponies/horses.

We pride ourselves on being a youth organisation that caters for all levels of rider from
lead rein & beginners to those more experienced riders. There is something for everyone.

We take members from 4 years – 25 years old.

Our teaching is in line with the NZPCA syllabus

and places value on certificate work. We hold exams all year round to ensure riders stay focused and have something to work towards.

These certificate levels are internationally recognised and is an achievement to celebrate by putting on your CV.

Teams events are a big part of EPC with participation in around 10 team events a year. These include Springston Trophy, South Island Show Jump Champs, Amberley Cup & Stringer Trophy to name a few.

We believe in fostering the development of relationships and participation that come with team events.
